IBPS Clerk Eligibility Criteria
Nationality
A Candidate must be either one of them
- A citizen of India or
- A subject of Nepal or
- A subject of Bhutan or
- A Tibetan Refugee, who Settle in India before January 1st, 1962 or
- An Indian-origin person who migrated and settled permanently from Sri Lanka, Burma, Pakistan, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Malawi, Ethiopia, Zaire, Vietnam
Age Limit
As of July 1, 2024, the Age of the candidate must be
- Minimum age: 20 years)
- Maximum age: 28 years
Age Relaxation
There is age relaxation for Candidates, For specific categories candidates can be eligible to participate in IBPS Clerk 2024, above the IBPS Clerk 2024 Age Limit, Which is as follows:

Educational Qualification
A Candidate must have these documents before applying or registering for IBPS Clerk 2024
- Candidates should have a Graduate degree (From any Disciple) from University recognized by Govt. Of India.
- Candidate should have a Degree/Certificate/Diploma in Computer (Should have studied Computer) as one of the subjects from Institution/University/College.
- Ex-servicemen should be matriculated, who don't have above civil exam qualifications. Candidates who have an Army special certificate for education (corresponding to Navy and Airforce) and have not completed 15 years of service in the Armed forces are eligible.
- Additionally, proficiency in the local language of the state or union territory (UT) for which the candidate is applying is also required.

IBPS PO Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
A Candidate must be either one of them
- A graduate degree from an accredited university is necessary, such as BA, B.Sc, B.Com, or B.Tech.
- It is to be remembered that the grade or degree must be obtained by the due date i.e. June 21, 2023.
- Candidates with degrees that match the requirements are also acceptable.
- Language Proficiency- the candidate should be able to speak and write the state’s or UT’s language.
Nationality
One of the following could describe the applicant:
- An Indian Citizen
- Before January 1, 1962, any Tibetan refugee who had made a permanent home in India was considered a permanent resident.
- Bhutan or Nepal as a topic.
- A person of Indian descent who has moved to India permanently from Sri Lanka, Burma, Vietnam, Pakistan, Kenya, Ethiopia, Malawi, Tanzania, Zaire, and Zambia
