RPF Sub Inspector Eligibility Criteria
We have seen the eligibility criteria of the constable post. Now, let’s take a look at the required eligibility criteria for the post of RPF Sub Inspector. Candidates should always keep in mind that if none of the criteria as mentioned below is met by the candidates they will be disqualified and not eligible for the post. Nationality
A Candidate should be an Indian Citizen.
Age Limit
The age limit of candidates is a minimum of 20 years and a maximum of 25 years.
- Minimum age: 18 years)
- Maximum age: 25 years
Educational Qualification
The RPF Eligibility educational qualification of all candidates applying for the RPF Sub Inspector post should be graduation level. Candidates who have not received their final certificates will not be considered eligible.The certificate produced by the candidates should be from a recognized university.

RPF SI Exam Important Points
Check the following important points to remember while appearing for RPF Sub Inspector CBT 1:
- Computer-Based Test (CBT): The CBT will consist of 120 multiple-choice questions, each carrying 1 mark. The duration of the exam is 90 minutes.
- Subjects: The questions will be based on the following subjects – General Awareness, Arithmetic, General Intelligence & Reasoning, and Technical Ability.
- Negative Marking:: There will be a negative marking of 1/3rd mark for each wrong answer.
- Qualifying Marks: The minimum qualifying marks for RPF Sub-Inspector CBT 1 are as follows:
- For General and OBC categories: 40%
- For SC/ST categories: 35%
