SBI PO Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit & Relaxation

SBI PO age limit for the candidates belonging to the general category must not be below 21 years and not above 30 years as in the year he/she appears for the exam. Relaxation in the upper age limit for different categories shall be as below:

Educational Qualification

Any candidate who is a graduate in any discipline from a recognized university can apply for SBI PO exam. Candidates who are in final year of graduation are also eligible to appear for the exam. However, such candidates will have to produce the passing certificate at the time of interview.

Number of Attempts

SBI has capped the number of attempts for the SBI PO 2023 exam as per the category of the candidates. Appearing in the Prelims exam will not be counted as an attempt by the candidate, however, if a candidate appears for the Mains exam, then it shall be counted as an attempt. The category wise SBI PO attempts is as follows:
